Arterra is a family-owned landscape design/build company based in Kensington, MD, serving Maryland and Washington, DC. 

 

We design and build creative outdoor spaces that are visually appealing, pollinator friendly, and environmentally conscious. 

 

We use environmentally friendly, science-based, and low impact practices like erosion control, stormwater control, and invasive species removal, with a preference towards the use of native plants. We work closely with partners across DC and Maryland, including DC DOEE and the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay.
